This hotel was on my bucket list to visit, after reading all the reviews over the last year. Date arrived 24 th September. If you are a party animal and looking to consume as much alcoholic as you can, just don’t come here, stay away, if you want to chill out, in peace and quiet, enjoy some sport or a walk this is the place to come, this is backed up by the returning visitors each year. For the price we paid for a week it was well under budget, for an all-inclusive and try as I do, could not find any faults or issues as mentioned in previous reviews. From arrival at the hotel, we arrived at 10:30am and the rooms were not ready, until 12:00pm, this was not a hardship we sat and enjoyed a couple of beers, so be aware if on an early flight, Once in the rooms we were given 338 which was at the back but at the end with a sea view as well .The rooms were tastefully decorated and refurbished to a high standard, bathroom was spotless and cleaned every day, Electric is operated

It is the start of a new season, so let’s draw a line under the past comments over quality and service, the hotel is now under new management and it shows, the hotel manager is always around the hotel talking to guests, taking on board any comments they may make, Arrived on 7 th May first flights out of Newcastle, hotel quiet but became full by the end of the week. First impressions are of a modern hotel entrance and reception, area’s open and airy, giving a feeling of relaxation, Staff on reception are attentive and happy to discuss any questions you have. Bedrooms, are a bit dated but serve the purpose, they had started a revocation programme whilst there on floor 1 if you want peace and quiet book a room at the back otherwise sea views maybe noisy from traffic etc. Basic amenities as you would expect in a 3 -4 star hotel, rooms cleaned every day. As it is All inclusive plenty of choice in all spirits, wines and one beer on draught, just ask at the bar, you normally a

This review is based on the Fiesta Hotel Paraiso Floral and not the twin hotel next door. Length of stay 7 days 9 th February to 15 th February 2014 Arriving late afternoon transfer time around 40 minutes due to drop offs, Reception was quick and efficient, all staff well-mannered and happy to help, Bedroom/ Bathroom     Big and basic on 16 th Floor with excellent views up to mount teide and across los-Americas. Plenty of space lacking in furniture, no air con, old fashioned electrics 220v. bathroom plenty of fresh trowels each day, only soap supplied, but again large and airy, not sure if it was because of the 16 th floor but we had piping hot water all day, every day, which makes a change from other places,    Wi-Fi is available but at a cost 4 euros an hour, 10 euros a day but is available free outside in the bars, cafés and supermarket. No faults at all with the layout of the hotel, plenty of staff cleaning, serving, Lifts Now the lifts are a differen
