First impressions of the hotel is a really impressive entrance from the road, nice reception area, then it was downhill, Weather it was an off day, but the reception staff have no customer service, theirs your key, go away no welcome no paperwork about the hotel, where anything is, nothing, when asked where the restaurant is, answer find it that way, A poor start, I believe they expect you to be one of many who returns every few months and know your way around. In the room still no information , Rooms are very basic compared to modern hotels, no hair dryer,   bathroom clean but old, TV old style a few channels in English and one plug for Electric, no fridge, Air Conditioning good , as you need to put your   key in the slot to activate the electric, a handy tip is to use an old credit card or something that size and leave in the slot when you go out!! , to allow air conditioning to stay on, We used our E111 card worked a treat. Now the room position we were in the drea

Arriving late afternoon, hotel around 40 minutes from the airport depending on drop offs, , Reception and check in was very quick and easy, Explained the routine and shown to the rooms, staff are so laid back, its unbelievable, in a friendly way, The room we were in was in the block above the Snack bar. First impressions was a light airy large room, air conditioning free, Fridge ( empty ), no kettle for hot drinks, bathroom well maintained and clean, make sure you take a bath plug just in case!! Towels are changed 3 times a week, this includes your first night, no room service on a Sunday, No waistbands to wear, which is a good thing, All drinks that are A/I is help yourself, wine beers and soft drinks from the pull 2 spirits (ouzo, raki and brandy) from the bottle at the end of the counter, anything else you pay for. Bar staff keep the place clean and tidy collecting empties etc., so you know what you are getting A/I, Snack bar good choice of sandwiches, sweets, nibbles

We were there from 16 th Feb to the 23 rd Feb for a relaxed chilled out holiday, and that is what we got. Airport was a bit hit and miss, finding transfers was a laugh, no reps in the airport, and suitcases for 4 flights on one baggage belt was a bit of a bun fight, coming back, long queues for both scanning of cases and through customs, beware you need to fill in an exit visa card as well, so have a pen handy or ask for extra cards on the plane coming out, General room   On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the desk manager with a drink and cool hand towels to refresh, who explained all the hotel and that we were the only English couple in today, we were booked for the garden section, but were told we were upgraded to the superior rooms facing the pools with the extra added, the good wife still thinks I had planned this, but did not, the room was as excepted , good size with walk in shower, fridge, coffee tea and kettle, safe (free) plenty of electric   points, T
